Refund Policy

1. To create a refund request, a clear unboxing video of the package is required.

2. Before making a purchase, please carefully inspect the product’s size in the picture. We are unable to accept returns for incorrect sizes.

3. After you receive your package, you have ten days to claim your refund. Regretfully, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if ten days have gone by after your purchase.

4. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it needs to be in its original packing.

5. To finish your return, you must have a receipt or other proof of purchase.

6. There is no return for shipping charges.

7. Items are only exchanged if they are damaged or defective.

8. If the goods does not fit personal preferences for size, quality, or appearance, there are no refunds or exchanges available.

If applicable, late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived yet, kindly take these actions:

Verify your bank account once more.
Speak with your credit card company because it can take a while for your refund to be posted.
Speak with your bank. Processing times can change.
Please send an email to saugaat.store@gmail.com if you have completed all of these steps and have not yet received your refund.
