At Saugaat, we strive to deliver an unparalleled luxury experience. If your purchase does not entirely meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with a seamless return or exchange process.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition you received it, complete with its original premium packaging, tags, and all included accessories.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our concierge team at support@saugaat.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with detailed return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Given the artisanal and delicate nature of our decor, jewelry, and appliances, we meticulously inspect every order before it leaves our sanctuary. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with accompanying photographs. We will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement for you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and meticulously inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email notification. Approved returns will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
