2. Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen resolutions and ambient lighting.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout, but delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to logistics delays.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

5. Return & Refund Policy

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, our returns and refunds are governed by the following strict guidelines:

7-Day Return Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to report an issue or initiate a return request. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: An unboxing video is mandatory for any claims regarding damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products. The video must be continuous from the start of opening the sealed package to showing the product, without any edits or cuts. Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected.

Email Process: All return requests, along with the order ID and unboxing video, must be sent directly to support@saugaat.com.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Only the net product amount will be refunded. Original shipping fees and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Product Condition: For standard non-damaged returns, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
